Immerse yourself in the beauty of Moorea island and sail to watch the famous mammals in its waters.

All year long, dolphins can be encountered in groups resting in the lagoon or playing in the waves near the reef. Unlike them, whales are seasonal visitors in French Polynesia. From mid-July to late October, they cruise our waters in search of a mate or a nursing their young. Whale watching, as well as dolphin watching, is particularly pleasant in the islands of Tahiti as the waters are warm, clear and calm.

During the excursion, your experienced and accredited guide will focus to achieve the most natural encounter with the either the whales or dolphins. Upon “invitation” by these mammals, and if ocean conditions permitting, you may have opportunities to slip into the water to safely swim to meet them. It is a very special and unforgettable experience.

Dolphins are renowned for their acrobatics and like to put on a show for spectators. Likewise you’ll be fascinating by the melodious songs of the whales, their impressive jumps out of the water or the intense competition between males to get female favors.

It is a unique adventure to interact with marine species in their natural environment.
